On Bandeau Tops

Inspired by a super cool picture I saw in Nylon magazine I decided to post something about bandeau tops. New York Fashion week and Paris Fashion week were both inundated with beautiful "band aid tops".
Too risque? hell yeah. Vulgar? nah, ok, maybe a bit. Controversial? Always, and that's why I'm loving this trend.
Because a picture of me in a bathing suit is not embarrassing enough, I'm also sharing with you the youtube video of the photoshoot :)

Real life outfit I wore this weekend. I didn't have the balls to take the blazer off!
Zara Blazer, MiuMiu shoes, Zara pants, Agua bendita bathing suit (see? this is a very easy outfit, just dig into your old bathing suit tops drawer and you are good to go)
Alcibiades, thanks again for your help, you can't never say that you job is boring!

Pink about it!

I've always love the color pink. I was one of those girls with many barbie dolls that had pink corvettes, pink ponies and pink houses. My mom sewed my barbie dolls couture dresses and most of them were pink. I grew up and my teenage years were more punk than girly, but I was never able to stay away from pink. I had 2 pairs of Doc Martens boots, black and pink. I have to admit that I've never loved a pair of shoes so much as my Doc Martens boots (sorry MiuMiu's). So as an ode to pink, I offer to you my selection of the week:

Casa Barragan, simple, clean, and beautiful.

How to Crash a Party Guayaba Style

Dear reader,

As you might know, the base of a good relationship among many things is honesty. With that being said, I present you The-Guayaba-Ugly-Truth:
Ugly Truth #1:
I watch  Sabado Gigante Saturday evenings.
Ugly Truth #2:
I don't like to shower on Sundays.
Ugly Truth #3:
I think Dr. House is a hottie with limping leg and everything.
Ugly Truth #4:
I have been crashing Fashion Week for the past 5 years. I've crashed into the tents so many times all the security guards know me and greet me everywhere I go. They love me and I love them too. I've establish a relationship with the regulars, some of them call me Goldie Locks. This year however I'm playing the stalker. And I'm liking it......

I want this beautiful pink specimen.
I'm giving you a fast forward image of me in 30 years :)

Drama drama drama! This reminds me of my old post:
